We are delighted to introduce you to an evening of great food and hospitality at Cosi Ristorante Italiano, winner of many awards. Opening hours are Tuesday-Sunday 5pm till late. Sam Mura is your chef, and his wife Helen Mura is front-of house. Sam hails from Sardegna and the lovely Helen from Foggia.
The staff may include Emanuele, Vanda or Rachela, the three children in the Mura family who have grown up surrounded by the wonderful aroma and charm of splendid family feasts and delicious home-cooked Italian fare. It is this very fare that is at the heart and soul of the menu at Cosi - food that is lovingly prepared by Sam, enhanced with aromatic herbs grown in his garden, and always created with great dedication to the use of fresh produce.
